If it is LBS (base station) positioning, then the positioning accuracy is generally between 100 meters and 1000 meters. GPS positioning accuracy is achieved through certain algorithms. The requirements for the environment at the time are very high. If there are tall buildings around, interference signal sources , Cloudy weather, etc., the positioning accuracy error will definitely be relatively large. The high precision mentioned in the market can only be achieved under ideal conditions. Even if it is the same machine and the same place, it is normal for the positioning accuracy to be different in different time periods.

2. Not all batteries can be used as a long standby GPS locator. For the long standby GPS locator, the capacity and characteristics of the battery determine the length of the standby time. We all know that the standby time is directly proportional to the battery capacity. The larger the capacity, the stronger the battery life. Therefore, the battery capacity can be roughly used as a judgment method. Then not all high-capacity batteries are suitable for this positioning. There are many types of batteries, and they also self-discharge during normal use, which means that the batteries consume power by themselves. If the self-discharge of the battery itself is very high, no matter how large the capacity is, it will not be able to support the concept of ultra-long standby. Obviously, a battery that cannot be used for long-term standby is a polymer battery pack battery. 3. WIFI positioning is not necessarily accurate. In fact, this is just a gimmick. If you understand the principle of WIFI positioning, you may not have so much hope for WIFI positioning. Simply put, WIFI positioning is just using the WIFI signal source to determine the IP address of the signal and then resolve it to your location. That is, the address registered with the operator when you pull the network cable. But now, almost every family around me has WIFI, and no one knows which of these signals will be acquired, so you can know how accurate the position parsed in this way will be. WIFI positioning does have an auxiliary side, but don't rely on it too much.

4. The smaller the size of the positioner, the higher the technical content, but not the smaller the better. Without reducing the component configuration, the smaller the size of the positioner, the higher the technical content. Because for R&D personnel, it is necessary to lay out so many circuits and components in a limited area, which tests the comprehensive control ability and overall planning ability. But it's not that smaller is better. The main part of the locator is the GPS module and the GSM antenna, and these two occupy a relatively large space. If their space is ignored, the impact on the signal is quite large. There is no fixed GSM antenna, and even a small wire is used instead. This signal is not only very bad, but also extremely unstable.

5. It is difficult for a small wireless locator to stand by for 5 years. As we said above, the wireless locator relies heavily on the battery, especially the battery capacity.
