When the blue GPS indicator is steady on, the device is normal. If the blue indicator blinks slowly, the satellite can be found but cannot be located. The blue flash indicates that the GPS module is working but no signal has been detected.

If the blue light keeps flashing, the owner can move the device to the open air for testing. If yes, change the installation position. If the equipment is facing upward in the open air, the blue light flashes quickly, it needs to be returned to the factory for detection.

Three, the equipment suddenly can not locate the solution

If it is the second case, the owner can first check whether there are tall buildings around the vehicle or high voltage wires nearby overhead, because tall buildings or high voltage wires will have a certain shielding effect on the GPS signal.

You can drive out into the open, and you can send a status command to the device to see if it's improving. If it is still not positioned, you can check the installation position to see whether the device is still in the previous installation position, because in the process of use, the device may offset the previous installation position because of vibration or other reasons, resulting in the normal positioning of the device.

If the device is still in the original position, but the device still cannot be located, remove the device and place it face up in the open air. If the GPS signal light blinks abnormally, the device needs to be returned to the factory for detection.
